Protein Balls by Renae Smith from MasterChef Australia, specifically made for Tea With Me



1 cup almonds
1 cup cashews
1/2 cup walnuts
1-1.5 cup fresh dates
1 tbsp almond milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
2 1/2 tsp Tea with Me Matcha Powder
1 tablespoon of raw cacao powder




  • Place all the dry ingredients (except for the Matcha Powder) in a food processor or thermomix.
  • Add the coconut oil, almond milk, matcha powder and 1 cup of the dates.
  • Pulse until combined, adding more dates as required.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls and coat them with more matcha if you want an extra matcha hit.
  • TIP - Freeze the balls for a nice cold treat!
