What do we do when there are chips in the cupboard? We eat them! So, time to remove the temptation and fill up with healthy, rich in antioxidant foods! Our bodies should be treated with the most respect you can give, after all we only get one right? Absolutely we do.
Our pantries can say a lot about our state of health and weight struggles. By keeping only the best options in our kitchens, allows us to remove the need to cook with foods that we can easily do without. 
Here we have listed the ultimate grocery list for you and your family. This list has a variety of foods that you can get ultra creative with!
Produce:
  • Spinach
  • Romaine lettuce
